Any return claims must be lodged within 7 days of receiving goods. Please contact our office for returns claims.

Pre-ordered items can not be cancelled once order has been submitted.

In the event that a specific pre-pack item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the title with a similarly themed selection.
